JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at ASAP Roofing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car/truck).
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety of yourself and customers before, during, and after jobs.
  • Driven individual with a goal-oriented mindset who thrives in a competitive environment. 
  • Ability to canvass for a minimum of 4 hours, 3-5 days a week, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong Communication: Ability to effectively engage and persuade homeowners about roofing services.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident, and able to quickly build rapport with customers.

Resilience: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining motivation.

Attention to Detail: Ensures all materials and crew requirements are met for successful project completion.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods while canvassing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Canvass local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners to promote our roofing services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential customers.
  • Ensure all job site preparations are in order, including collecting payments and verifying materials.
  • Perform final walk-throughs with customers to obtain approval and signatures upon project completion.
  • Fill out weekly scorecards to track production numbers and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the production manager to schedule jobs and ensure required documents are on file.
  • Take necessary photos for supplements and report any issues immediately to management.
  • Return all leftover materials to the warehouse or supplier after job completion.
